.cmd syntax coloring for Sublime Text 2

Add .cmd file syntax support to Sublime Text 2 by appending
cmd
to the file extension array at the bottom of
c:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 2\Packages\Batch File\Batch File.tmLanguage
